2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase are eligible for a full refund
  • Refund requests made after 7 days but within the first billing cycle may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • Refund requests made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase are eligible for a full refund
  • Refund requests made after 14 days may be eligible for a prorated refund based on unused months
  • Prorated refunds will be calculated from the date of the refund request, not the date of cancellation

3. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged incorrectly or duplicated charges occurred
  • The service was not delivered as described
  • Technical issues prevented you from using the service, and our support team was unable to resolve them
  • You canceled within the eligible refund period as described above

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the eligible refund period has passed
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date (you may cancel to prevent future charges)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension or termination
  • Services that have been substantially used during the billing period
